Agreement Clause for Catering Services : The deliverance of a deposit holds the clients spot on the Catering & Beyond calendar for services; this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances if you decide to cancel. However, if no catering services are delivered on the agreed-upon date by fault of Chef Eddie Green and Catering & Beyond, and the invoice is paid in full, a full refund will be provided to the client. If catering services are canceled less than 72 hours prior to the event by the client, client is expected to pay the accrued product cost and will be re-billed via invoice for the total amount of the food product purchased for the event. This will be upheld and kept by coordinating staff through agreement of services.
